“Why Philippine?”

This question – by a new English friend on a sun-spoilt deck of our banca – was, by no means, sounded logical.

With new diving spots constantly discovered in Indonesia, I had to give up the list filled by mostly Indonesian diving spots. There were hardly any rooms for diving outside the country.

However, “all seas might look similar, but it’s deep under that made the difference,” I convinced him, adding more excitement to dip into the waters of this mini-archipelagic country.

So, when there’s an opportunity, “why not!”

Life
A rewarding trip. My version.

I consider myself lucky as I could share my life and my time with those people with whom I could be vulnerable and grow together. This trip gave me ways to proof and live it.

Thoughts
Indonesia. (In)complete.

Twenty four hours was not enough to explore the City of Bengkulu, let alone the province. But twenty four hours was enough for me to say that I was inspired by a mix of worry, quirkiness, gratefulness, hatred, pride and acceptance. Life feels more present with a mix of these feelings; I felt alive too.

Thoughts
Traveling the Unknown

Very few – if any – people like to travel without itinerary, in uncertainty.
